Los audífonos y los tratamientos dentales funcionales pueden llegar a ser muy costosos, pero resultan imprescindibles para una buena calidad de vida. Por ello Fundación Vital pone en marcha este programa.
Requisitos
- Ser mayor de 60 años.
- Al menos 5 años de residencia en Álava.
- El tratamiento o audífono debe ser diagnosticado y prescrito por un profesional de la salud.
- La ayuda se solicitará con carácter previo a la adquisición del audífono o realización del tratamiento necesario y se hará efectiva tras la presentación de la factura final.
- La ayuda solo podrá ser solicitada una vez por cada beneficiario/a.
Tipos de ayuda
- Subvenciones a fondo perdido en función de los ingresos anuales de la unidad familiar.
